Wireless Access Point Cabling

Drops and mounting for access points placed from your wireless survey.

Access points need a clean cable to the right spot in the ceiling, mounted to the engineer's heat map, and a labeled port in the closet. We pull the runs, mount the APs or leave the whip ready for your IT team, and certify each drop.

We installed 69 access points across two floors of a corporate campus in one rollout. We have also added five to a medical suite during a remodel.

Where we do this work

  • Office floors and open-plan workspaces
  • Warehouses and distribution floors
  • Healthcare suites and campus buildings
  • Retrofits of existing buildings that never had Wi-Fi designed in

What we need from you

  • AP locations from the wireless survey or the engineer's plan
  • Whether we mount the APs or leave a service loop
  • Ceiling type and any plenum requirements
