Tenant Improvement & Relocation

Re-routing, removing and adding cable while the building stays occupied.

Existing buildings are what we do best. When a tenant moves in, a floor gets reconfigured, or a department relocates, the existing cabling has to be traced, reused where it can be, abandoned where it can't, and extended where the new layout needs it.

This work is as much about what is already in the ceiling as what is going in. We document what we find, remove abandoned cable where the code requires it, and leave the closet cleaner than we found it.

Where we do this work

  • Tenant improvements in multi-tenant office buildings
  • Floor reconfigurations and department moves
  • Expansions into adjacent suites
  • Branch and clinic remodels in occupied buildings

What we need from you

  • The new layout and the old one, if you have it
  • What stays live during construction
  • Who to coordinate with on the GC's side for ceiling access
